Every IQ test has a range, typically + or - 20 points. If the difference in scores (15 points) is less than the range, the scores are the same. It does not matter how many tests you run. Looking for deep meaning within the margin of error of a test is always a mistake.
Nothing. OP also fails to internalize that individuals are what the Constitution protects, as it shoudl be. So even if any one citizen is simply less intelligent than any one other citizen, it changes nothing. Equal protection is equal protection.
