Looks to me like his mouth and chin area are being holographically superimposed over his real face. I don't know if that's even possible, but his lips and chin area appear to move unnaturally as he speaks. That, or he's maybe a shape-shifting alien.....Nah! I slowed it down to .25 and still couldn't see the bug fly away. One instant it was there, the next it just vanished! Some fuckery afoot.
