This ruling technically means nothing since the liberal activist lawyers immediately filed for a full en banc review, which means more of the judicial psychos on the 9th circus get to weigh in.
The en banc review will of course rule against President Trump thus pushing it up the traitorous Supreme Court which means Kennedy siding with the psychos on the left yet again.
