If we are going to come together over some things with blm faggots and antifa tiny arm douche bags we should at least agree he should be able to pay a ticket history regardless. Idk but the dude was crying. He wasn't a threat until cops starting pulling him out. That could of been handled better.
The sergeant was angry he wasn't getting what he wanted. He was in the right. However the kid obviously had no idea about anything and his refusal infuriated the sergeant. His job is not to get mad about someone being ignorant. He still could of done his job and calmly explained to the kid what the next steps were. The kid was scared. I'm not justifying the kid but the sergeant handled it poorly. The kid was not the aggressor and he was scared.
Not buying it. Kid had been to jail before, he knew how this goes. And as soon as he got the gun, he went stone cold killer. Dropped both of them with no expression and put another round in the sergeant to be sure.
The officers could of just did hey man you're in trouble. I thought about this. A thing officers do too often is act like you're not in trouble in order to get you to comply. I don't think that's right. It's dishonest. It creates fear. So just say. "Hey you're in trouble. I gotta take you in. You're breaking the law." You broke the law. Whatever. Stop telling people if they comply they will be fine. I think that's something we should fix. I don't think police want to throw me in jail. I think if I do something wrong that's their job but if I do something wrong I shouldn't be told everything is ok as long as i put my hands behind my back.
I've actually been in this situation as the driver of the tow truck. They didn't lie to him at all. They said he needs to get out so they can have it towed. That is literally all that would have happened, I've personally seen it as I was the one doing the towing. Stop trying to add stuff that isn't there.
Ask him to calm down. He constantly said he doesn't understand. In all likelihood he doesn't. So tell him to chill. He's in some trouble. It's not the end of the world. Nobody wants to hurt him. All he did was say "im not getting out" ok then sit there until you die. The kid might of been high for all i know. You think anybody high is gonna respond well to this situation? Like yea sure take my car and my freedom and shit me with a taser
I've been placed in hand cuffs and thrown to floor while picking up my girls dogs poop. Let's not all act like everything is perfect. I'm white. Shit happens. I don't care what race I am or the officers were. Sometimes being overly aggressive is just not the answer.
Oh and to be clear. I was let go. I "matched a description" and was in my shorts walking a small dog with my girl and was literally thrown in handcuffs while holding a tissue with dog poo in it. The only thing on my list was going to bed.
This happened on June 29th in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
One of the officers survived, thankfully. Last I heard he was at an out of state rehab.
Horrible!!

He stopped crying real quick when he got the gun.

Doesn't excuse the sergeants behavior.
Sgt did what he was supposed to do.
He did. You're absolutely right. And he got shot by a crying child. See where I'm going?
"Crying child"

Unfortunately I didn't mean age
Dude just wanted to be left alone over a traffic ticket and not having an insurance card. The officers went too far.
So he drives off and it turns out he's on something and wrecks into another car, killing a family. Then what?
I didn't say let him go.
