Bloomberg just acknowledged homes increase in value when neighborhoods stay the same. It’s almost like the Democrats’ plan to rapidly expand affordable housing into the suburbs is bad for suburban families and their property values 🤷‍♂️ (twitter.com)

I never understood why my generation is fascinated with living in tiny little boxes in dense cities paying $5000/mo in rent, but then bitch and moan about not being able to afford a home. Like, are you stupid? Mortgages actually go towards something you own. I'm currently renting an apartment but my goal is to get out as fast as possible so I don't sink my savings into it.
