Will he be released without bail? If he does have to post bail will Sodomalla Harris and friends post his bail? Heck maybe Newsom will go plad level retard and pardon him.

Honestly, they will have a tough time convicting absent some more evidence. That video is really nothing as far as making an ID of the shooter. The Deputies will likely have a tough time IDing unless they know him/her from prior contacts. I am hoping they have more they haven't released. My guess is they do.
