This state has proven its unable to govern itself. That it cannot even do the basics of governance because the Democrat Party is too busy being a bunch of activists.
This state is foreign ran, its not even a U.S state anymore...its a decrepit appendage of the CCP. The only way to fix the state is to break it into 3. I do not trust the DoJ to supervise the state's elections. Fracturing the state into 3 makes more sense.
