This is freaky mostly because its out of context. I don't understand the reason for the strobe light. There are people who exhibit symptoms of lycanthropy (not always a wolf) as a mental condition, but it rare. It's beyond my knowledge to tell if this a demoniac case. Most likely its not. Still quite disturbing.
My guess is the guy is faking it. This way he gets to be in a cell by himself and not raped by Jose, Jose's cousin Jose, Jose's brother in law Jose, his buddy Jose, hise other brother Jose and Joaquim, Joaquim's uncle Joaquim Jose Feliciano and Carlito.
