I’m not comparing being vegan to abortion. I’m pointing out that I don’t have to see something to know it exists. That’s not hard to understand. You can’t sit there and say “well I never see preachy vegans so they must not exist”.

The simple fact is a huge portion of Trump's base is made up of people who snapped out of the left in the past five years and that brought in a lot of vegans.
There is no real argument for eating meat other than "I like how it tastes". For almost everyone who was a one before, that isn't going to change our minds. If it feels good, do it, is not a philosophy that has served mankind very well. Look at Lionel on YouTube, he doesn't even use the word vegan because of the lefty connotation but he eats plant based. He's one of the biggest voices on the conspiratorial right and personally one of the first people to get me to consider rethinking my old beliefs.
