You're right, he is getting off on the power of being untouchable. But he is also convinced that no one see's anything wrong with what he is doing. The things he does, the shit he says it's so fucked up that the average normal person wouldn't be able to process it properly so it's like it never happened. So in a sense it's both him getting off to being "invisible" and also getting off to being untouchable.

It's a nuanced evil you could say.
