I have been working at home exclusively for 6 months now but I have to go into the office soon to help onboard a new employee. I am required to wear a mask but I'm trying to strengthen my resolve to refuse even though it may cost me my job.

Wearing a mask feels like I am giving in and part of this great deception being perpetrated by the leftists.
