Little Miami enjoys an outstanding relationship with local first police and fire agencies, and a Little Miami school resource officer is also a high school football coach,” the school continued.

“Little Miami always has – and always will – support our first responders, our veterans, and all who sacrifice to maintain our freedoms,” they wrote.

But not so much support as to allow a flag

Yep, but it gets better:

"Sacrifice to maintain our freedom."

Our freedom? You mean like the ability to... oh I dunno... SHOW A FLAG?

A little aside about being "politics-free":

In sports / entertainment, even being ACTUALLY politics-free has a problem: there are already other people putting THEIR politics in EVERYTHING.

If you make something politics-free, all you're really doing is getting rid of YOUR politics. The idea of being UNPOLITICAL won't spread through entertainment - the people who believe it most are least likely to spread it.

It's a good business move, but counter-intuitively, being unpolitical also means everything will get MORE political!
