It's so ridiculous and really exposes how little training these cops have. Dude had him in a full Nelson, then had his hips outside while maintaining double unders and he still couldn't take the dude down.
It's so dangerous to put people with such minimal training and physical capability out on the streets.
Truly - and in all honesty it really wouldn't take that much effort to get them trained. A few hours a week would do wonders for them (and help with the fatties). Cops should be somewhat physically intimidating - at least in these trouble areas - and be able to back it up. Jiu Jitsu would be perfect for this - I rarely see a cop using even a simple arm bar on these twats.
Glad to have the wrestling insight too. Some sort of basic grappling skills for officers should be mandatory whether it’s wrestling, jiu jitsu, or some judo throws.
