These gentleman obviously felt that the expected level of decorum they had established for their neighborhood was not being met. It is often a failure of residents to tolerate behavior that is obviously devoid of common decency or sense under whatever mentally constructed concept of tolerance they posses that erodes standards of behavior for all.
