My cuck brother in law leans conservative but is one of those who is going to vote for the American Solidarity Party because “trump sucks and is faking being a conservative!”
I am trying to compile a list of shit and counter arguments.
He says shit like “but MUH America has always been a nation of immigrants! Look how many immigrants came over the first few hundred years!” Or “America doesn’t really have a culture. There is no American culture” or “there really isn’t such a thing as “American values”
What would you say to him exactly? I’m legitimately compiling a list of counter arguments so I can curb stomp him into oblivion at our next Sunday lunch at the Mother in laws house.
Immigrants coming from established, successful countries into a developing nation to build new civilization out of a vast frontier is not even remotely in the same ballpark as immigrants coming from failed/failing states into an established post-industrial nation to benefit from its superior economy and social safety net. The first are pioneers, the second are just economic parasites.
8% immigrants was normal. Compare that to where we are now.
American values are expressed in our founding documents. "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" is directly contradicted by blm rioters.
The Mayflower Compact, pilgrims at Plymouth Rock in 1620, tried actual communism under ideal circumstances for it to succeed. It produced mass starvation and death just like Marxism always does until one law was changed, to allow private property. Then everyone prospered.

I probably wouldn't say anything to him. He sounds like one of the people that will just deny reality and ignore whatever you tell him.
Might ask what it is he thinks he's conserving, just to see what he comes up with
