My workplace doesnt purposely hire for demographics and we are pretty diverse. White, black, brown, yellow, man, woman, straight, gay, old, and young. All we had to do was hire the best people for the job. I looked at demographics for my county and it looks like white people and hispanic people are actually underrepresented at my workplace.
