Immigrants coming from established, successful countries into a developing nation to build new civilization out of a vast frontier is not even remotely in the same ballpark as immigrants coming from failed/failing states into an established post-industrial nation to benefit from its superior economy and social safety net. The first are pioneers, the second are just economic parasites.
