If TDS wouldn't have turned an incredibly vocal minority of people into raving lunatics this would have been a great 4 years. If people weren't ready to do literally anything to prove him wrong---to prove that he's evil and facist and racist and sexist and xenophobic and anythingyoucanthinkofist---we wouldn't be waiting to hear about the next riot, the next murder, the next cancelling. People don’t understand how serious these nuclear codes are. By design (because if we ever need to launch nukes it needs to be a quick decision that won’t be held up by others) the president is completely in control of nukes launching. If a deranged POTUS decides he wants to nuke Moscow, nobody can stop him in theory.
Once a president decides to launch nukes, even if every other person on the entire planet disagrees, there is a solid chance those nukes are being launched within minutes. And once the launch process starts, there is no going back.
This is very serious, and needs to be discussed more when picking a president.
