The screen is still a light source shining into your eyes, but the dark color opens your pupils more. Extra 20 bucks well spent. i heard long ago (like 10+ years) that it is bad for your eyes. The screen is still a light source shining into your eyes, but the dark color opens your pupils more. Not sure how true it is.
Yea,it's the blue light that's the real trouble with screens, my glasses have a blue light blocker tho. Extra 20 bucks well spent.
