There's literal video evidence of Kyle running to the police, him him hearing Kyle say that and seeing him run to the police, and him pulling a gun on Kyle anyway to try and execute him before he gets to the police.
I paid very close attention to the Kyle incident, put together a lot of the videos and tried to paint the most accurate picture of what happened and somehow didn't come across this.
