She's going to make a local jeweler, a local car dealer, a local liquor store, and a local drug dealer very happy for about 6 months.

Yep! Hahaha well played pede!

Liberal faggots bend the knee to SJW BLM terrorists once again!!!!!! Her boyfriend was a multiple time convicted felon, she dated him and put money on his books when he was locked up, she kept his “hustle up”, was “heavily involved in the drug trafficking” according to the police report. He shot at the door before he knew who it was Bc he thought it was her other boyfriend catching them in the act. Yet liberals wonder why she got fought, feign outrage and the complicit fake news media complied and spreads their falsehoods... even I was convinced she was assassinated for a while...........

7
IlxTheGreat 7 points ago +7 / -0

me too, till I read the report.

2
OneBreathe 2 points ago +2 / -0

By not being informed, and just hearing the MSM’s narrative (even ESPN NBA commentators and players like Chris Paul) it seemed that she was innocently shot.

When I started infirming myself about how she was bailing out criminals, bwing involved with criminals in jail, hoarding drug money....I developed a whole new perspective on what really occured.

Just like with fentanyl GF, I was lied to about BT.

2
FuckChinaRaw 2 points ago +2 / -0

Wait the boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, who shot at the police was a convicted felon that could not be in possession of a weapon?

1
Flipbarryfromreddit [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

WOW!!!! Thank you! I must have missed that

1
FuckChinaRaw 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was asking the question, you said he was a multiple time felon. I'm unable to verify this or find a criminal record on kenneth Walker.

At this point the liberal mob is ENCOURAGING people to shoot at the police! Also they’re rioting in PA even tho that meth head maniac tried to stab the cop with the machete and it’s all on video... she was even running away from him too.... BLM is a terrorist organization! And now everybody is FUCKING GIVING INTO THEIR DEMANDS! Did they really destroy sports, or just do us a favor and prove how much of a cuck all these sportsball athletes are? 🏀 🏈 ⚾️

5
TennesseePride 5 points ago +5 / -0

What's this PA shooting you are talking about?

5
0095D 5 points ago +5 / -0

Ricardo Munoz shooting.

Dude (allegedly mentally-ill and off his meds) charged after a cop with a knife in his hand and was shot dead. It was the cause of the rioting in Lancaster, PA.

So what really happened? It's difficult to find reporting on that that isn't the normal narrative. Anyone have a source?

7
p8riot 7 points ago +7 / -0

+1 on a source. I was under the impression that it was not known who shot first.

6
bellcurvestrikesback 6 points ago +6 / -0

Usually cops dont shoot through doors unprovoked but hey who knows

3
p8riot 3 points ago +9 / -6

It was a no knock warrant so they would've been inside before the shooting started

I'm glad the no knock warrant is being put under scrutiny because of this, because a policy like that could be weaponized against patriots if the wrong guy got in

8
bellcurvestrikesback 8 points ago +10 / -2

They actually knocked in this case, but I agree and support Rand Pauls effort to end noknocks

5
p8riot 5 points ago +5 / -0

How retarded ignorant was it that they were accosting and shouting her name at the Senator in the street, when he's the one dude trying to address the problem.

6
bellcurvestrikesback 6 points ago +6 / -0

Right? He literally named the bill after her lol

These people are beyond help

5
Flipbarryfromreddit [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah the Rand Paul shit was an EMBARRASSMENT on their end. Shouting her name and trying to kill him when he literally AUTHORED the no-knock search warrant removal bill and named it after her!!!!!!!

6

from the jail phone calls the main suspect in their investigation said the bf shot through the door after the police were banging on it. they aren't required to knock but oftentimes still do just before entering. https://www.mikethecop.tv/the-breonna-taylor-media-narrative-crumbling-under-facts/

The police knocked on the doors. Breanna Taylor also shot at the cops before getting shot.

I think they knew a black person was living there, so, they just said "Let's go hunting." That's how they do it, isn't it? I can't think of another way that a black person could get shot by a cop.

Another good link from our local newspaper 'Clearly, I was scared': Newly released police interviews shed light on Breonna Taylor case This whole case is a massive clusterfuck (source: we live just south of Louisville, our hometown) We're on our second police chief since JUNE (first one was set to retire end of June, got FIRED the day after a shootout between cops/National Guard and patrons at a local black owned bbq, owner died in the crossfire, no LE had their bodycams on. Interim chief announced ON LABOR DAY that he was stepping down at the beginning of Oct. Incoming interim chief, far as I know, is NOT interested in taking over permanently. Not that I blame her cause damn)
Comments on social media posts regarding this settlement, still seeing a LOT of calls for the cops involved in this case to be arrested. If that doesn't happen, I fully expect my hometown to burn. Our idiot Dem city mayor and idiot Dem state gov have allowed these protests to drag on with no end in sight. So over it all tbh.

Source on the 13k? It was in her apt?

7

Where does it actually say $13k was in her apt? I did a search for all the 13s in the document and nothing like that came up. I see some stuff about 8 grand but I havent made it through the whole document.

2
literallyhitler 2 points ago +2 / -0

she held money for him. not sure about '13k' in a specific circumstance.

1
spezisapedo 1 point ago +1 / -0

the only thing I see is in the last few pages a phone conversation talks about breonna holding 8K and then picking up an additional 6K for someone.

But Im not aware if the cops have found that money. She obviously was involved.

Preposterous. The girl was involved in drug-trafficking, her boyfriend opened fire on Police. This is a ludicrous reason to award the Ghetto Lottery "prize" to the family who neglected her upbringing, leading to her being in such a situation.

This happened in Detroit with a man named Malic Green. Within about 48 hours after his death more than 15 people filed wrongful death suits. The trial was over in a matter of days with an award of 5M dollars. When the judge asked how they came up with the number, the lawyers couldn’t justify their fees, so the judge held the settlement, it’s probably still on hold, until the lawyers had earned their fees.... :) there’s always a way (some of these facts may be wrong, it’s how I remember the case being told to me. The sentiment of the case is clear. Not always do defendants get those awards)

Conservatives are not race realists and that is why they never learn.you can do police reform, criminal justice reform but you can’t change the behavior of an affected group by not being strict with them.
Conservatives always play nice even when they are expected to be strict.

1
N3verCl3ver 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nah, I actually think it was cool, sans all the social justice bullshit at the conference. See, the man that was at her house was not tied to the investigation. Mr. Parker thought he was defending himself in the private residence he was in with authorization from the owner. There isn't anything indicating he was involved in the drug ring. The dropping of his charges is a win for gun rights.

While she was a target of the investigation, her involvement does not include the death sentence prior to conviction, so while the police at that point we're lawfully defending themselves from shots lawfully fired, her death is wrongful civilly. Human performance errors exist and while the police were lawfully there to search the property to obtain evidence, they were in plain clothes and we don't know and can't ascertain whether Mr. Parker knew if they were police or if he was actually in a mindset not self defense. What we do know is that charges were dropped so his defense at least holds under the reasonable doubt standard.

That being said, if the officers are charged I'll have a serious problem with it because they were obviously acting under current training and utilizing currently approved procedure to do so. To say she deserved to die is a stretch, but to say the police don't have the right/obligation to suppress the immediate threat is disingenuous. Either way that man, Mr. Parker, will have to go through the rest of his life knowing that he got that woman killed by firing at police and if he really cared for her, it will haunt him.

1
Grunge 1 point ago +1 / -0

Bruh he knew it was cops he shot at.

We know the cops knocked and announced themselves. Dbag boy shot through the door. That is not defensible or a win for gun rights.

Cops returned fire after being hit by gunfire from inside the residence.

1
N3verCl3ver 1 point ago +1 / -0

Where do you see anything that says he knew it was police? He states he didn't hear them identify as an officers and that lines up with a no knock warrant which is why they didn't charge him.

Someone is beating down my door to get in my home and I'm shooting too. I'll even use this case as precedent.

1
DankoJones84 1 point ago +1 / -0

It makes no sense to me how whenever some criminal scumbag gets shot while committing a crime or resisting arrest, the whole world acts as if they're completely innocent and were shot by the cops in cold blood for no reason. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. They don't deserve any sympathy.

2
CSMKek 2 points ago +2 / -0

0
NECC_EOD 0 points ago +1 / -1

Uh, reading this it was indeed a no knock warrant..Meaning they didn't identify themselves as officers before entering the premises..Do I think this could have been avoided who the fuck knows, but there is no evidence here that says he started shooting first..

2
CSMKek 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s literally in the first sentence.

“He said mother fuckers knocked on the door but he didn’t know who it was”

He literally says they knocked. Knocking and breaching is the exact opposite of not knocking.

Had they actually carried out the no knock that had been granted there’s a good chance she’d still be alive. There were simultaneous raids that night...they actually “no knocked” at the other location and seized multiple suspects, weapons, drugs, and cash without a shot being fired.

1
NECC_EOD 1 point ago +1 / -0

They didn't identify themselves as officers nor did they say they where entering..This is what they consider a no knock.. Regardless there is no evidence that he shot first..I have not seen it..This was fucked, cops do make mistakes I am not saying that the police did anything criminal.. However the shooting was not a good shooting..Not everything is black and white, both the police and suspects contributed in the situation going south..I don't think the police should be held criminally liable, but I think a civil judgement is justifiable..

2
CSMKek 2 points ago +2 / -0

That’s fair...I actually agree with everything you’ve said and the overall point you’re making with the exception of a it being a no-knock.

“**A no-knock warrant is a search warrant authorizing police officers to enter certain premises without first knocking and announcing their presence or purpose prior to entering the premises. Such warrants are issued where an entry pursuant to the knock-and-announce rule (ie. an announcement prior to entry) would lead to the destruction of the objects for which the police are searching or would compromise the safety of the police or another individual

It seems as if the police did some type of fucked up hybrid of no-knock/knock-and-announce. Regardless a life was lost and the family has been compensated. It’s a fucked up situation.

2
NECC_EOD 2 points ago +2 / -0

Absolutely, I'm not standing up for Breanna the individual as I'm pretty sure she was likely complicit.. It's fucked up and given the rather authoritarian actions of some Dem state prosecutors and the police being unwilling to refuse to carry out obviously unjust warrants etc..I do not want these departments to have the authority to do warrants like this..

3
Flipbarryfromreddit [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Her boyfriend shot at them before they could announce themselves. He fired first

-4
GoldenComedy -4 points ago +3 / -7

Breonna Taylor is still innocent. Her boyfriend who shot at the police should go to jail. Her drug dealer ex is in jail. The police shouldn't be prosecuted for firing back after being shot at first. But at the end of the day, an innocent life was lost.

The fact that she dated bad men definitely led to her death, but I don't think she should've been the one to pay for their sins.

4
Grunge 4 points ago +4 / -0

She was not innocent she was literally a drug trafficker who was working with the drug dealers.

1
synd1050 1 point ago +1 / -0

She is not innocent.she was involved in his drug business.
