That’s fair...I actually agree with everything you’ve said and the overall point you’re making with the exception of a it being a no-knock.

“**A no-knock warrant is a search warrant authorizing police officers to enter certain premises without first knocking and announcing their presence or purpose prior to entering the premises. Such warrants are issued where an entry pursuant to the knock-and-announce rule (ie. an announcement prior to entry) would lead to the destruction of the objects for which the police are searching or would compromise the safety of the police or another individual

It seems as if the police did some type of fucked up hybrid of no-knock/knock-and-announce. Regardless a life was lost and the family has been compensated. It’s a fucked up situation.

Absolutely, I'm not standing up for Breanna the individual as I'm pretty sure she was likely complicit.. It's fucked up and given the rather authoritarian actions of some Dem state prosecutors and the police being unwilling to refuse to carry out obviously unjust warrants etc..I do not want these departments to have the authority to do warrants like this..
