He’s pointing out the absurdity of a dude literally caught committing large scale arson only being arrested for like an hour and a $250 bond.

Another arson was arrested and released within hours then literally set SIX more fires the same day.

I understand but I'm saying the same thing essentially. Shouldn't whomever is setting the bond be liable?
