The last 2 or 3 days I've noticed positive stories about Trump from WAPO. They must be smart and have analyzed the polls to see people are tired of the BS

More likely it's an inner struggle amongst the den of thieves; something we're unaware of. Something like: we want assurance we get xyz after we help steal the election, w/out such assurance look at some of these stories you'll face for the last 50 days if you don't bend a knee to our demands.

There’s a shit ton of spygate shit coming down the line. Brennan is one of the main targets. The CIA has multimillion dollar contract with Amazon/WAPo. Connect the dots, some of their people are knowingly involved in the scandal.

Bezos or even the exec editors wouldn't be bothered with any of the daily content, in terms of vetting each 'big' story.

General content decisions are made at the morning daily editorial meeting in the board room (or editor's suite). Then the actual story, on the night (around 10pm) gets the final go ahead from the Night Editor who's sitting at the main sub editorial desk. These 'big' stories can be planned--or just pop up that afternoon or night--i.e an unknown or surprise 'scoop'. The only time the paper's owner (Bezos) or Editor-in-Chief would get a phone call at home (say 2a.m.) is if Trump had just been assassinated. Otherwise the Night Editor is the big boss. He/she would have chosen which sub-editor gets to write the heading--and if its not good enough write it themselves. The Night Editor then decides where (i.e which page) the story gets featured...buried or a page one splash.

So if anyone got the sack over this it'd be the Night Editor...NOT the reporter.

Considering Bezos is basically the #1 target of the far left, you'd think he'd consider saying "fuck 'em", lol.

3

Controlled opposition. The "far left" or "left" merely pretend to be for workers and against "capitalism", but instead are very much against workers (especially good-hearted workers) and very much pro-slavery. They don't want workers, they want slaves.

Globalists always do this at the end, but I don't expect them to switch en masse yet. When they've exhausted their window to try to influence public opinion, at the last minute they start to move towards reality so that they can claim that they were right all along.

Point out the 2016 polls to anybody, and you get throngs of brianwashed leftist morons telling you how akshually the polls were accurate and 538 predicted it etc. Suuuuuure 538 was right, fucking morons https://i.imgur.com/6Z9QQj3.jpg

But if Biden does that the sharks will eat him.

it isnt a "free press", but they are organizations that still have a 1st amendment to speak (or publish) freely. You cant censor them just because what they spout is propaganda. There is no law outlawing propaganda. Anyones opinion can literally be labelled propaganda on some level.

Its up to the viewer/listener to understand what they are consuming. When they watch CNN or read NYT, it is on them to realize they are being voluntarily indoctrinated by marxist propaganda, not news.

Thats the law as it currently exists, like it or not.

monopolistic behavior is illegal regarding being anti-competitive.

Just because nearly all of the entertainment complex produces the same content doesnt make that content illegal. Again, its up to the consumer to discern whether it is actually news, propaganda, or a little of each.

Its not up to MORE laws to absolve people from needing to use their brain.

Are you familiar with how the "bell curve" works? So, if we assume it is correct for the normal distribution of some sort of measurement of human epistemic, cognitive, and analytical abilities and apply it to the population of the United States, how many will we get in the lower than average category? Something like 120-125 (I'm excluding under-18-year-olds) or so million. That is like 3 Polands or almost the entirety of Russia. And we go halfsies on that, we still get more than one Poland of total morons. That's A LOT of people.

Now, in the age when communication is open to ANYONE equally, what do you think you will hear the most? Not the most productive or even slightly more capable than the average, most likely. And the vast majority of them are the self-proclaimed "liberals".

There.

From the article:

Are there problems on the right — horrible nasties on a par with the violent protesters who have lately inflicted untold damage on many U.S. cities, businesses and lives? You bet. These execrable gun-toting racists have received too much tacit encouragement from Trump.

Oh really? How many cities have those "gun toting racists" burned down? How many billions of dollars in damage have they caused? How many people have they killed? Absolutely NOTHING from "the right" is on par with the BLM/Antifa terrorists.

This sounds like it was written by some homo journalist who was told to write an opinion piece on “Voting for Trump” so WaPo can keep up appearances.

The Post knows they have to have the appearance of being impartial when in reality they know they are heading further and further left.

The writer tries to throw as many feinted jabs at Trump as he can.

2
Dumdum 2 points ago +2 / -0

2

2
user6395 2 points ago +2 / -0

Strange analogy. No, it's just that Bezos will want to defend his empire. His empire won't increase in value if Biden/Kamala wins. AOC uses Amazon as a punching bag, and we already know the Dems are willing to burn everything down. It's a tactical move to get an outside figure to write an editorial so that leaves Bezos with clean hands. I predict Bezos will stay out of the limelight and let these surrogates say things -- he's a guy who prefers to crush a competitor rather than talk about crushing a competitor.

It's an opinion piece by a Republican establishment Never Trumper. Danielle Pletka works for the American Enterprise Institute which is a Republican think tank.

And I fret that his bizarrely isolationist attitude toward international trade will hurt the U.S. economy and splinter the global trading juggernaut that over the past half-century has brought the world amazing prosperity, lifting hundreds of millions of people out of extreme poverty.
