They have been having trouble making required payments on rent, utilities and other fees for the bar, even though they remain closed.

Does this reporter not understand that rent and utilities don't stop being owed even though the business isn't allowed to open?

J-School Major. Possibly the dumbest people on earth. They live in this magical fantasy world with no understanding of real life.

I worked with one once. Entire building lost power. They were had no idea why the coffee maker didn't work but the hallway lights and phones did. Had to explain that those are life safety (need to see to exit in a emergency and need to be able to call 911) so have backups, the coffee machine doesn't.
