Professor at public college urges class to not vote for President Trump — and now she's under investigation
One of your professors is on video committing a felony. She is on video telling her students not to vote for Trump, implying on video that they are bad people if they vote for Trump, because he's a 'bad person', and that they'll be complicit in "ruining the country" and "taking away our rights" (both of which are false statements). This is intimidation in form of psychological manipulation, hate hoaxing, gaslighting (confabulation of reality by proxy radicalization by the media) and defamation. It's against the law to do this, as I demonstrate below a citation of the federal law.
Since she's an educator and has say in people's grades and their futures, she's threatening their future by holding it ransom based on politics. Thus, she's also depriving people of their rights under color of law; yet another federal violation
You really need to get your teachers under control, or your students will have standing in a class action lawsuit against this person for depriving them of their civil rights. Could get ugly. Don't just reassign. Fire this person. Fire her immediately. No more reassignment, not even to Janitor.
If you don't, you're putting your entire school at risk for multiple class action lawsuits. Be smart about this. Don't let politics take your whole school down. It's not worth it. Orange man will be gone in 50 days or 4 yrs.
