Let's see:

  • The Fifth Amendment
  • The Ninth Amendment
  • Fourteenth Amendment

CuomoisaMassMurderer 53 points ago +54 / -1

Much more basic than that#

the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness

I want my happiness and I want it NOW, dammit. Lol

Pepe.was.his.namooo 36 points ago +36 / -0

Money cant buy happiness, but it can buy a bass boat and those make me really fucking happy.

I like the places with signs that say "We're a drinking town with a fishing problem".

Remember that phrase is part of the Declaration that started a war. Perhaps that's what this governor is inviting?

5
CuomoisaMassMurderer 5 points ago +6 / -1

I choose violence. I see no possible peaceful resolution.

I hope I'm wrong. LEOs are getting fed up. This is a really good time to coordinate with them aa force multipliers. A County Sheriff forming a civilian posse is ideal.

TexasPiper 6 points ago +6 / -0

Law enforcement as an entity is not on our side. Individuals might be, but it’s a crap shoot.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

Meeting with the County Sheriff and local Chief of Police takes the unknown out. Find out where their head is. See if you can develop a relationship of trust. If you can't, you are behind enemy lines and they are the enemy too.

Tutankhgoe 14 points ago +14 / -0

While the Slaughterhouse decisions agree that your job skills are your "property" and can't be denied to you without governmental need, they effectively give every level of government the authority to opt out of respecting rights if it is inconvenient to do otherwise.

18 U.S. Code § 241.Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

This looks clear as day to me. Every governor ruling by executive order. Guilty! All of the rioters, especially the ones blocking roads. Guilty! All these social media companies. Guilty! The list goes on and on.

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

How does this get enforced without us exacting a bloodbath?

3
ShakeNBake 3 points ago +3 / -0

It doesn't. It needs and demands a blood bath.

Article V of the Constitution guarantees the States a Republican Form of Government.

Is it customary for Republics to have Executives who rule by emergency decree without calling their Legislatures into session for MONTHS?!

I think not.

6
CuomoisaMassMurderer 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is as far as WI got. State Supreme Court ruled that day 60 was here, that's as far as the Governor has emergency powers, he's done. Mask mandate is about to hit day 60. I know of nothing being said about another set of 60 days starting at the whim of the Governor. Obviously masks are less onerous than lockdowns / forced business closure.

6
zabbers 6 points ago +6 / -0

You have the right to earn a living regardless of what any law, amendment, or court ruling claim.

49
KuzoKevin 49 points ago +49 / -0

He broke his oath to defend the US Constitution. Covid has exposed these ass-holes for what they are.

18
Leatherwood 18 points ago +18 / -0

This is the best thing that has come from covid, exposure of the whole rotten establishment for the tyrants that they are. This includes not just the government, but healthcare, big Pharma, corporations, and others that I am probably leaving out. The scale of the corruption of these institutions is global.

15
KuzoKevin 15 points ago +15 / -0

I agree. With all the rhetoric about Trump wanting to assume dictatorial powers, we're actually living under dictatorial rule at the state and local level. Biden actually called for a nationwide mask mandate before he checked the Constitution.

I am mid-50's, and this is THE most important election in my life.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

It starts with the Federal Reserve Bank, which is not part of our government. It is not Federal, and there is no reserve. This is the heart of the DS. They also own MSM, big pharma, and have undue influence over academia via the CFR. Releasing the hounds is insufficient as this spans continents,. Release the Kraken!

If you live in a blue city/state this should scare the shit out of you. They all think this is OK.

10
sub-collector 10 points ago +10 / -0

It should scare the shit out of you regardless of which side of the uniparty typically wins in your local elections. Or do we need a quick history lesson on how "blue" states became "blue"?

At some point, you have to be legally flexible.

1

That can't happen quickly enough.

This is textbook socialism. Take away a person's agency, their ability to make a living for themselves, their ability to defend themselves, make them hopelessly reliant on and subservient to the whim of the state (aka the elite socialist politicians).

America seems to be having a tyrant problem.Tyrants have no place here.

7
clrdark 7 points ago +7 / -0

Prior to February I thought perhaps 10% of government employees were tyrants, and those mostly at the upper levels, like Lois Lerner, Hillary, Comey, Clapper, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz etc.

Super surprised to find it is more like 90% and permeates every level down to the lowest. England and Australia seem to be in even worse shape for petty tyrants.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

There is no tyrant that is petty. It is NOT a petty crime! It deserves swift and severe retribution.

Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness doesn't include the ability to make a living? How does that work exactly?

6
CuomoisaMassMurderer 6 points ago +6 / -0

It doesn't work, at all, in any Universe.

4
VoteCyborgTrump2040 4 points ago +4 / -0

Your username aged very well.

No no you see because the preamble of the constitution has that line that says "and like you should promote science and shit", education is explicitly a constitutional right, but lol I just ctrl F "job" and it ain't in there sorry guys only the 2nd amendment is a living document, we need to keep adding restrictions of course.

Which governor?

6
sub-collector 6 points ago +6 / -0

PA

6
CrackerSmurf2 6 points ago +6 / -0

I blasted Tom Wolf in an email recently. Even called his SOH a freak that doesn't understand cutting his balls off just makes him a loser without the ability to be a father.. Fuck him and trying to step on our rights.

4
Dev404 4 points ago +4 / -0

I contacted 4 or 5 PA officials about Wolf and Levine and their killing of constituents in nursing homes. Asked for their opinion. Only 2 bothered to answer using an email address that returns an "email does not exist" error when replying back to them and they both fed me Covid propaganda that was likely copied and pasted. No answer to my question whatsoever. It's clear to me that killing their own constituents is perfectly acceptable and they don't care enough to have to answer any questions about it either.

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

Ahem

Cuomo merely set the precedent. 40 + Governors follow his precedent.

1
Dev404 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup, and it seems no one will be held accountable unless there's something going on I'm not aware of. Heard someone mention "Qualified Immunity" is what shields them for the most part. I haven't heard that term since high school civics class.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Nothing shields them from mass murder. Or violating the Constitution in any other way. They have unlimited exposure to liability, both legal and civil. They would also be easy to physically remove from Office under citizen's arrest for mass murder, which we should've done 3/30. 20,000 at each State Capitol at the same time and nobody would have to get hurt. 1,500 lawsuits against local and State governments were filed during plannedemic, before 5/22.

1
Dev404 1 point ago +1 / -0

Here's hoping that these killers all wind up in prison for life! None of them should be allowed to escape punishment for this.

6

Wait, what? You have no right to earn a living, but you have a right to free housing, food and health care according to these nutters? Someone update the NPC programming. I get that its supposed to be crazy, but something is really broken with it atm.
