He is coached not to answer that, because no matter what decade he points to, the Left can find a reason to criticize him for it.
If he names a decade, the Left will simply highlight the worst decade.
The best answer would be I want an economy reminiscent of the Reagan 80s. I want a country similar to 1946, where men returned from war knowing that Black Americans were just as patriotic and just as capable as white soldiers. Want the unity of 9/12/2001, where all Americans, regardless of race or political affiliation, were unified.
