It was an accidental release. They were going to use it like they did the SARS virus when the Hong Kong protests were getting too big so they would have a reason to lock HK down and also probably planned on using it in Taiwan and then come in to quarantine and take over Taiwan. Sorry no evidence but that was a widely held theory in the beginning of this CCP virus plandemic.
