I think both maybe? The reason I think he was annoyed is the fact even though the conversation long moved past the filming he still brought it back up.

It is a little old (2013), the guy filming him died a few years ago. He really didn't know who he was. There's a longer cilp where he admits as much.

I think Tucker was expecting that the guy was going to pull some hijinks. By the end of it that guy is kind of transparent though.
