I think this has more to do with police just following orders. What we need are more based sheriffs who say no to the dem mayors and dem govs.

Very true. But the average person unfortunately cares more about job security then what is right.

Sheriffs are elected officials. Portland's mayor is also the police commissioner, which is why they have such bad problems.

Why? Ultimately, because the pigs think we wont hold them accountable for siding with terrorists invading people's homes. No more back the blue bullshit from me, they can go lie down with blm and antifa where they belong. If I see a cop getting mobbed or murdered I am gonna just pass on by and not lose a lick of sleep over it.

Legally, brandishing a firearm. Never, ever show you're armed until you feel you have no choice but to defend yourself. At that point, shoot to kill because your life depends on it.

Looks like he was waving his gun

Waving a gun from inside the home is in no way brandishing.

I don't give a shit what the law is. When you have a mob on the edge of your property threatening you like they did in the video, free fire rules are in effect. They are terrorizing you; you have a right to self defense against terrorists.

Being inside your own private property, should be clear cut NOT a violation. Now, yelling back and pointing “may” (iamnotalawyer), but at the same time, walking around in your own house with the blinds open and “showing” a weapon cannot be a violation.
