I don't give a shit what the law is. When you have a mob on the edge of your property threatening you like they did in the video, free fire rules are in effect. They are terrorizing you; you have a right to self defense against terrorists.

Being inside your own private property, should be clear cut NOT a violation. Now, yelling back and pointing “may” (iamnotalawyer), but at the same time, walking around in your own house with the blinds open and “showing” a weapon cannot be a violation.
