The problem is that the elected officials( and some LEO's) REFUSE to do their jobs and protect their citizens from targeted harassment. This is terrorism. This is dereliction of duty.
While the homeowner may not be technically legally "correct" in this situation, the BLM terrorists are who brought chaos and terrorism to his front door to harass him. No one's home should be a target for organized protests. This tactic, by it's nature, creates a dangerous dynamic for those protesting, the target of the protest, and their neighbors, if any.
Governors, mayors, police chiefs, etc. who refuse to protect their citizens should pack their bags and find another line of work. They are pathetic. They are incompetent, and they are dangerous.
It is their gross negligence and refusal to do their duty that situations, such as this one, are occurring, putting normal people in legally imperilling circumstances that they didn't ask for or create.
