Apparently he does not, judging from his arrest. I agree with you. This was menacing, disturbing the peace, targeted harassment, and yes, terrorism, but the guy brandishing his gun to address the force disparity? OMG, call the cops!

I do not say this lightly: I would not have allowed myself to be arrested in that situation.

Our country is premised on the idea that our rights come from God, and when a government becomes destructive to those rights, it's our duty to abolish that government. So his arrest is not indicative of the validity of his rights.
