We had 7. 2 Full and 5 piratically empty (couldn't be refilled)(Yes I do a lot of camping)

What was the fill ratio on yours? I think that's where we wen't wrong. My mental math said around 1/4 full should be perfect, but we had already shot the 2 full ones.
