Hmmm. Nothing illegal with pulling out your shotgun especially in your own home. Ill advised but not technically illegal. You would have to do something to put someone reasonably at fear of you using the weapon such as pointing it at them or threatening to shoot them while having it displayed. It's hard to tell but I didn't see anything like that although it could have happened at another time. Maybe the guy had a warrant and was arrested for that instead? I don't know
