He doesn't (from what I can see) shoulder it and point it directly out of the window at someone, but it is clearly pointing out of the window towards the end of the video and he is sweeping it back and forth, though it doesn't look intentional. It's something that would have to be argued in court but doesn't have any implications on this case because he was charged with brandishing.

If you imagine yourself in a similar situation where you are in a confrontation with a person who has a gun and they start to lower their barrel towards you, you'd blow them away before they got the chance on the grounds that they were about to point their weapon at you.

If I could go back and write it again, I would definitely choose my words more carefully. But I'm not a politician, nor do I practice writing or speaking. I just sit here and shitpost all day and I never know what posts I write will have any impact.
