Before I enter a store, I start to get edgy and my breathing is exaggerated. While I'm in the store, I feel like I am hyperventilating at times-- and it just makes me want to get the fuck out of the store as soon as possible. I have had to leave a store a few times to let my gf finish shopping- and sure as shit, as soon as I left, I felt better within seconds.

I have never had anything like this happen to me before- ever. I live in area that they will strictly enforce mask wearing and I have other hills to die on- and I don't feel like knocking someone's teeth out who is just doing there job or being confronted by harpies- I don't have restraint when it comes to strangers getting in my face.

Anyone else experience something similar?

Congratulations, you now have a medical condition that exempts you from wearing a mask! Here's my strategy: when you go into a place that requires a mask walk right on up to the person "checking" for masks and say, "I have a medical condition and can't wear a mask. Is it okay if I go in?" Everytime I've done this, I get waved right on before I can even complete my spiel. As far as other people hassling me, well, I don't pay attention to other people in the first place, and if someone confronted me, I would totally shame them for hassling a person with a disability.

I'm the most timid, non-confrontational person (female) you'd ever meet. So if I can do this, anyone can. The beauty of my approach is that it is totally non-confrontational. Be proactive. And breathe freely!

I am still amazed how easy it was to get EVERYONE to wear one. To see young children forced to wear poorly fitted masks makes me want to sucker punch the father and b-slap the mother simultaneously.

My favorite part is how you can pull up the 2019 WHO report on pandemics and it says multiple times that there are literally no circumstances where having everyone wear a mask is recommended. There are similar things from the CDC as well.

If you asked any scientist in 2019 if healthy people should wear a mask to avoid spreading a virus literally all of them would have said no. This entire thing is based on the exact opposite of science, and that so many still go along with the fake narrative shows the extent to which science has been destroyed in favor of leftist religious beliefs.

I don't expect normal people to know better, but scientists are failing us and losing all credibility. Same shit goes for the handling of HCQ, we're letting people die over politics. Fake climate science and imaginary systematic racism were bad enough, but this shit is too much.

Don’t wear it, just walk fast and ignore them. Works all the time!

I said the same thing. I said I wear a mask to avoid possibly beating the living shit out of someone for confronting me about not wearing a mask, I don't deal with unsolicited provocations well, so I just avoid the inevitable conflict. People didn't believe me.

I get this symptom where my middle finger just flys out of its own accord when people look at me like they want me to put a mask on. It may be contagious because people seem to react like vampires to the cross.

Don't wear one. IF they ask you to, tell them you have a medical condition that prevents it. I normally don't wear one until I get to the cashier and I rarely get called out. Even then they always ask nicely and I'll put it on since it's private property. Today, I didn't even wear one at all. No one said anything.

I don't wear a mask anywhere, and no one has said fuck all to me.

If they did, I would start screaming rape and calling them racists.

Holy shit, first goldeneye references and now orgazmo references. Today is a callback to a simpler time.

I totally understand. I can’t stand wearing masks. Though, I’m also pregnant. I can’t tolerate having to wear that and walk around a store. It’s worse when the store’s AC isn’t working well. And it feels like the mask is going to make me break out all over my face.

Just don’t wear the mask. And say you have a medical condition. They really can’t do anything about it.
