A more realistic approach is that you convince a big crowd about your enlightened message. If you have lots of people agreeing witH you, eventually you might earn the attention of Trump’s close circle. He might retweet you or responds to you directly. It is a long shot, but it happened before.
I would advise caution in calling (or attempting to call) our president directly. Mostly because he's a busy man, let's not interrupt him. If you can find the numbers, consider contacting someone like a secretary instead, it's a bit more their job to handle calls like that.
Is your message unique and important enough to take up POTUS valuable time? If it is, then send it to people in the media like Tucker who can channel it to him. If it isn't unique or important enough, it won't get passed along. If it is, then it might make it.
