Look at that. And the cops are wondering why no one wants to help them. Why everyone hates them. Too bad they can't figure out the simple solution. Defund the police if they're going to be cunts like the Milwaukee PD.

I read that this man was arrested for brandishing his weapon inside his home?

53
holytrpbatman 53 points ago +53 / -0

You read that correctly.

48
chuckachookah 48 points ago +48 / -0

Yeah, double-checked.

The officers that have arrested this man... shame on you.

I don't hate all cops, but I don't trust them. And the more I see them arresting people for trying to protect themselves when cops won't, the more my support drops. Cops are going to have a hard time when the left continues to murder them and the right doesn't give a shit anymore.

holytrpbatman 12 points ago +12 / -0

I don't hate them either. But there are numerous areas where the policing methodologies in America need to change, which includes political shenanigans, personal integrity, and addressing revenue generation as motivations.

"re-imaging Police"

Came here to say this. These assholes 100% deserve to be defunded.

There is no justice in Democrat controlled jurisdictions. That's the bottom line.

Defund the cops. Y’all don’t get it yet... the cops are NOT on our side. All you need is 2A. This is America not fucking Europe. We take care of our own shit we don’t need a fucking mercenary with a badge who only listen to whoever pays them.

Actually, bad laws made by bad politicians and likely a bad sheriff conspire to cause situations like this. If there's no castle doctrine in his area, that's the voters fault.

I agree the police could have used some simple common sense here, but a lot of it depends on who called the police. I'm guessing the homeowner didn't call them, which is part of the problem. The police could have been fed bad information. Based on the other tweets, it sounds like this was a set up against this specific person.

That said, the homeowner should find a good lawyer, not just to defend him, but to go on the attack and go after every person involved, including the police officers and local politicians. Oops, I forgot. Only the Left does that...which is yet another problem.

holytrpbatman 11 points ago +11 / -0

Policing for revenue generation has to stop.

2
TheThreeSeashells 2 points ago +3 / -1

That's a completely different argument though. However, I would agree that is a waste of police manpower.

2
holytrpbatman 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't even remember the connection I made for that statement. Need coffee.

Forgotmyname 3 points ago +3 / -0

everyone on t_d knows of voter fraud. Its not an imaginary thing. Its not a coincidence that all of these cities and some states are and have been under democrat rule forever. So why on earth do you say "thats the voters fault"?

3
TheThreeSeashells 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is Milwaukee. The last mayoral election was won by a now four-term Democrat by 40%. That's a lot of fraud you're talking about. People living in deep blue cities should expect absolutely nothing from the government except oppression.

As I said earlier. If the government is going to strip people of their inherent right to defend their own home, regardless of local laws, then it's time for people to use the Left's weapons against them and sue them into oblivion. Remember, gay marriage was never properly passed as "law of the land." It was rammed down everyone's throats improperly through the courts. Why is it the good people of this country don't use the same weapon? Lin Wood can't take every case.

holytrpbatman 8 points ago +8 / -0

They want the general public to support them, only to arrest the general public for jaywalking whenever possible.

Deathlessly 3 points ago +3 / -0

Police is a job. You use your 2A, to protect yourself? Guess what. Someone's going to protect their neighbor who is too feeble or small to defend themselves. You're going to organize. Talk about who should be taken into this protection or one house will fall after another.

Pretty soon, the job of walking around with your gun making sure your community is safe becomes professionalized to prevent unlawful and innocent deaths.

Congratulations, you are the cops.

Now vile leaders, we have enough trees to decorate them with.

27
Dialectic 27 points ago +28 / -1

The police are absolute faggots for arresting this man. That state is a hell hole. However, stop giving warnings to rioters. It always results in arrests. The police, the prosecutors, the courts all want to arrest you and jail you. Warnings from you are the excuse they need.

No chest puffing, no gun waving, no warning shots. If they’re a threat to you, shoot them. If not, call the police and have some covfefe.

Truglow 25 points ago +26 / -1

A lot of this comes from appointed sheriff’s instead of elected ones. You get the local government goon squads if you appoint them.

Smurfection 21 points ago +21 / -0

So, exactly what should someone do when a mob shows up at their home composed of their political enemies chanting slogans and threatening violence?

I am so sick of this hypocritical partisan justice system where Marxists never pay for their crimes and good, decent, normal people are arrested and put through the legal ringer for acting appropriately.

This guy didn't even point the gun. He just held it up to keep the mob at bay. He's in his own house. He has a right to carry his gun around in his own house!

9
MemechineGun 9 points ago +9 / -0

you should run outside, drop to your knees, tell the mob how wrong you've been and how can you change? And beg them not to murder you for being white, which you'd now be OK with since you see how racist not letting them have the choice to murder you is.

9
Smurfection 9 points ago +9 / -0

I know you're being sarcastic, but let's say that's what this guy did that. That mob would beat him and there's even a chance they'd beat him to death. The only way the guy had out of the situation was to get a weapon and show it off.

7
DiscoverAFire 7 points ago +7 / -0

Yeah. He clearly didn't want to shoot them and was hoping exhibiting the weapon would be sufficient deterrent.

I wonder what would happen if a group of mostly peaceful protestors descended on Vaun's house and did the exact same thing to him. Maybe blast country music, lights, and say the same kind of shit to Vaun and his family?

17
holytrpbatman 17 points ago +17 / -0

4 counties would add to the emergency law enforcement cross jurisdiction call up, and every one of the peaceful protestors would be cataloged and booked, by an overwhelming force of hundreds of suddenly not chickenshit cops.

Joe Biden is WRONG!

Most shotties hold less than 10 rounds. His looks like a 4 in the tube and one in the chamber so 5 rounds. That's enough for most burglary scenarios but in this situation a modern sporting rifle with several 30 round clips is the proper tool for the job. (Belt fed would be better but we're talking about the average Joe here.)

See why they want to disarm you now?

6
holytrpbatman 6 points ago +6 / -0

Kel-tech KSG. It's quite the fun shotty.

4
Gulleyfoyleismyname 4 points ago +4 / -0

Looks like a fun range toy but 8 hundoish for a complex shotty is not the best tool IMO.

A KISS CAR15 is the shit! M4 config with a decent red dot is a handy little weapon. Just ask Kyle!

5
holytrpbatman 5 points ago +5 / -0

It was 5hundo 6 months ago. Agreed that St Kyles' weapon of choice is the superior kit.

PhoQueDemocrats 11 points ago +12 / -1

Why do t we start getting the police officers addresses and start showing up at their houses and protest them? Any cop that arrest citizen for their constitutional rights, are now American terrorist.

10
UrShulgi 10 points ago +10 / -0

So an angry mob is outside house chanting, spotlighting, and bullhorning. He lets them know he's armed from inside and not to try anything. They arrest him and remove him from the home. What now happens to his home since there's noone to defend it and the cops have left? I'd be interested to see some follow up here.

5
operator1214 5 points ago +5 / -0

It's called "engaging with the aggressor" and is considered an aggressive act in itself (a threat if you state that you are armed). If you notice what the mob is saying, they are trying to get that sort of response (or more) out of the guy. It's all to 1. get the law abiding in trouble; 2. drive a wedge between the law-abiding and the police.

So: DO NOT warn them; DO NOT engage with them in any way. DO NOT make yourself a target in any way. DO take the time to know the laws in your state. DO take the appropriate steps to defend yourself. DO call the police first (I guarantee you the mob had somebody call the cops prior to this...whoever calls first assumes the mantle of innocence).
