And all the Mayors and Governors know that what they are doing is unconstitutional. They are compromised. Political will is what's required. Whatever is controlling them must be overwhelmed by an even greater force. That takes will power and tenacity on the part of the people. They want us to despair; they want us to give up.

The ruling will be taken to the next level court on appeal while the orders remain in place. This will happen until it reaches the supreme court of the US. Lawfare, keep it tied up in court forever.
Also is there a remedy in the ruling? Decades ago, in Ohio the way we fund schools has been ruled unconstitutional 4 times. There was no remedy given in the rulings so it has not changed.
Interesting how rulings from activist judges go into absolute and immediate effect until they are overturned (if ever), however normal constitutional judges' rulings are put on hold, left in limbo until they can be overturned sometime in the future... by an activist judge.
And it leaves me so frustrated
What can we do??
It seems like the entire American system is aligned in such a way as to destroy America. How do we restore it without destroying it? I don't know.
As far as crime demographics go, the trannies are far more likely to do murder than get murdered, a ridiculously violent and horrible segment of the population. Living up to the standard here in sending all of the typhoid marys in to kill all the vulnerable people in nursing homes. It cant really be a great leap of thinking to surmise that people that mutilate and maim themselves really have no regard for others well-being either.
So this monsters deeds is true to form. The shutdown thing being unconstitutional is one aspect, the greater issue is the cold-blooded and ordered bio-terrorist murders. NY, CA, MI and NJ as well as PA have governors that should hang.
