What Vaccine was being resisted in 2019, the flu vaccine?
California has a big problem with lefties being anti-vaccine. They have had big Mumps outbreaks in recent years. I should note, I am completely for people being allowed to refuse these vaccines. I'm not anti-vaccine, I stay up to date on a number of vaccines (polio, MMR, tetanus) but I don't touch things that haven't had a very long track record of success (flu, chicken pox, covid).
I had shingles at age 30, on the younger side for that particular ailment. They say it gets worse the older you are and I can't even imagine because they suck, bad. I don't know when they actually started vaccinating for chicken pox because I got it the old fashioned way in the early 90's from a pox party my friend's mom threw.
Go figure, intentionally getting a disease when you are less susceptible to the worse effects in order to get immunity and prevent a worse outbreak? But I digress...
I can enthusiastically support MMR/Chicken Pox/etc vax. We got rid of these things for a reason.
What about the Hep C?
Shingles is really the tragic irony behind pox parties.
Ive had chicken pox 3 or 4 times when younger and even got shingles between 16 and 18. I don't recall exact date. Luckily my shingles wasn't painful beyond the itchy pox things going up my arm.
I'm one of rare people that never developed immunity or resistance.
And when I was in the military, due to this they didn't give me smallpox vaccine, I think, anyway, my memory is foggy. But I specifically remember the events occurred, just not the timing exactly.
@modernknight - I agree wholeheartedly. The problem here is the malicious intent of the Gates/Fauci organized crime family. We absolutely need certain vaccines like mumps, measles, whooping cough, polio, tetanus, and similar one-disease vaccine.
We also have a right to know exactly what is in the vaccine and WHY. Why do some of these flu vaccines have fetal cell tissue? Why do some of them have HIV and Cancer cells in them? What is the provenance of the cells and chemicals used in the vaccines? Don't inject me with your poison.
These Pro-Vaxxers are all over reddit and Imgur and their gaslighting is over the top. It's right out of orwell, 'DO NOT QUESTION US WE KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. YOU ARE OUR SLAVES AND YOU WILL ACCEPT WHATEVER WE INJECT INTO YOU."
