I had shingles at age 30, on the younger side for that particular ailment. They say it gets worse the older you are and I can't even imagine because they suck, bad. I don't know when they actually started vaccinating for chicken pox because I got it the old fashioned way in the early 90's from a pox party my friend's mom threw.
Go figure, intentionally getting a disease when you are less susceptible to the worse effects in order to get immunity and prevent a worse outbreak? But I digress...
I can enthusiastically support MMR/Chicken Pox/etc vax. We got rid of these things for a reason.
