Mike Pompeo has said there is evidence that it came from a lab and the US government is working based on the likelihood that it came from a lab. They have not claimed that it is deliberately made or released.
There are genetic markers that show that is spent time under the selective pressures of a lab environment. Some examples of it's behavior as a result of this are it only seems to spread indoors and is not well adapted to outdoor environments, and it spreads across different types of tissues, which is a deliberately bred trait to enable testing in labs on different types of tissue samples.
This is the first person to say that the virus was deliberately made as a human contagion and released on purpose. I'd like to see her evidence of this.

I remember video interviews on Stefan Molyneux's channel where a virologist stated that it was clear that some elements from the AIDS virus were spliced in with the SARS-CoV. Maybe I'm not quite remembering correctly, but it was quite clear it is not naturally occurring.
