Apart from higher than normal sodium intake, fast food isn’t “unhealthy” and non fast food is not “healthier” than normal food. It’s just bullshit pushed by people trying to sell products. It’s complete bro science. There’s no actual factual or scientific evidence that fast food is “unhealthy”. Calorie dense? Sure. But that doesn’t mean it’s less healthy.
Empty calories? Wtf is an empty calories? This is yet another example of misinformation spread. There is no “empty calorie”. A calorie is a calorie. There’s 4 types. Fat, protein, carbs, and alcohol. At the end of the day, interns of a fitness diet, depending on your goal, calories/macro nutrients is all that matters. Chipotle is also for commies. It’s on the boycot list, I highly advise against it. I wouldn’t be surprised if they put a lot of soy in their shit given majority of their customer base is complete retards.
Empty calorie just means that it isn't doing much to provide you with fuel. If you eat a bag of skittles that's 500 calories vs a piece of steak that's 500 calories, the meat will provide far more protein and vitamins, and keep you full for longer
