Maybe the black women who live the stereotype lifestyle, 8 kids from 14 potential fathers, ugly ass weave, 6 inch fake fingernails, and lots of public playing the fool, coming in for the 9th baby witnodaddy appointment, should work on their life choice roadmap, so they aren't viewed as the typical stereotype fool.

I saw it today, walking into the front entrance, sweat pants, sandals, and a shower cap. Had a feeling this hood rat was gonna start shit, and wouldn't ya know it? Starts hollerin at the check in lady.

Wasn't she at the Town Hall last night, complaining about Pre-existing Conditions coverage provisions?

Work

I’m not sure you are thinking of the right people when you use that word.

Pre-Natal care is white people forcing their standards on POC, just like being on time and tipping are white supremacist constructs!

Alot of nurses were part of the Covid Control brigade. They supported mask, they supported lockdowns, they supported keeping business owners out of their own business. They wanted praise and accolades for basically doing their job being "heroes" and mocked you with the hundreds and hundreds of dancing tik-tok videos while you couldn't even step out of your house unless you had "purpose." I'm not going to help them understand anything. Most are lost anyway.

I have a cousin who is a nurse. At first, she was posting about people not wearing masks because they wouldn't do it the right way anyway, and only certain masks work, etc.

Then, Fauci said to wear masks and she was all on board with it saying how people were killing grandma if they didn't wear a mask.

Utter bullshit

Vitamin D Deficiency is about 10 worse in the black community... and this causes ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS...

So people do not take care of themselves... and then trouble happens.

People who work for a living don't visit the ER for basic ass shit either, we get on with it. Free Healthcare promotes excessive use of the system

Try not having an attitude. Then we can talk about life.

My life experience (over half a century) is pretty simple... Not a lot of race bias, gender bias, sexuality preference bias.... but I'll give you a METRIC FUCKTON of attitude bias.

You treat me with kindness, respect or even just basic courtesy... and you'll receive the best I have to offer, no matter what.

But if you "come at me" with a B.S. attitude, acting like an ass or whatever, in a professional or a casual setting, and I'll shut you down as a mission in life - black/white, straight/gay, male/female/Pat... I couldn't care less; they treat me like shit and they're all equally worthless in my eye.

Never heard of it. Found a one page description here...

https://www.harris.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/Maternal%20CARE%20Act%20of%202019%20background.pdf

This phrase is used a few times and I find it interesting, "... identify high-risk pregnancies, and provide mothers with the culturally competent care and resources they need."

What is "Culturally competent"? The only thing that can mean to me is that the healthcare provider must understand black culture? I'm sure the racial discrepancies can be traced to lifestyle choices. Drug use, poor diet, bad weight management, etc.

Jeez, everything is about race. EVERYTHING.
