Milwaukee, Kenosha, and Dane (Its the county where the state capital is). If you defend yourself in any of these places you are in trouble. By the way, the guy they arrested didn't break the brandishing law as he was on his private property. They are using that law as an excuse to charge him. They are financially punishing him by forcing him to post bail and retain a lawyer. It's a way to intimidate everyone else who will defend themselves. You can bet Mayor Barrett gave the marching orders to the cops. Our police chiefs are weaklings.
