Exaggeration? I listened to the tape and it was a perfect conversation.

Joe said he is planning to stay engaged with Ukraine. Remember Lindsey Graham and McCain who are Republicans also stayed engaged with Ukraine and visited Ukraine while Obama(Democrats) were in office.
