Respectfully, I disagree. Historically I believe the underclass knew they had to pay their dues, take the shitty jobs nobody else wanted, and gradually earn their way up the pecking order. Yes, some gang members and other shitters but on the whole, the majority of them are quietly getting up at dawn, roofing and mowing and picking strawberries, and telling their kids to learn English and do well in school so they end up with better jobs working their way up. They are about 10 IQ points lower on average and yet it doesn't seem to show up as a massive wave of resentment like the blacks have.
If they were learning English as well as you say, there wouldn't be Spanish language options all over the place. I'm old enough to remember when that wasn't the case.
