There are tons of media places and universities. It becomes very difficult to figure out what to do and how to do it and when to do it. Ultimately the cultural institutions such as media and academia are responsible for creating their street gangs. However the crooked government has a more immediate impact on torturing us. And there are many areas that thankfully have not been impacted yet by too much chaos.
Yeah, preventing the violence from steamrolling over the whole Country is a necessity. Seems most here are in good areas, and those that are not don't realize most of the Country is ok.
